We are a shop with unique pieces of homeware, decor, and art. We offer high quality products including tableware, kitchenware, bathroom, bedroom, decor and unique art pieces. By accessing and using our website, you agree to use our products for personal, non-commercial use only. You may not use any of our products for any illegal or unauthorized purpose nor may you, in the use of the Site (the "Service"), violate any laws in your jurisdiction (including but not limited to copyright laws).

Many of our products are either handmade or hand finished. Because of their handmade nature there may be slight variations between any two of the same products. Such variations may include, but are not limited to variations in size, weight, textures, colors and shape. Also, due to their handmade nature, please respect every artistic flaw.

COLORS

We always make every effort to display -as accurately as possible- the colors of our products that appear at the Site. However, the actual colors you see will also depend on your monitor resolution.

ORDERS RULES

You are obligated to pay full price in any purchase, additionally with any applicable taxes in case your order is outside of the European Union.

Our prices include VAT.

Purchasing from our Site you agree with our Terms and Conditions, Privacy Policy, Shipping Policy and Refund Policy.

To place any order you will be asked about personal information. You agree that you may share personal information about you and your transaction with other entries for many purposes, including but not limited to the process of your transaction.

We reserve the right to reject any order to you without giving you any reason for this act. Of course the Company, will return any paid fees to you. We also reserve the right, in our sole discretion, to limit or cancel quantities of products purchased per person, or per order. Our restrictions may include orders that are placed by or under the same Account/credit card/email address/with the same promotion code/billing address/shipping address. In any event of cancelation or change to an order, we will contact you through email to inform you. The company will prohibit any orders that, in our sole judgment, seem to by placed by resellers, distributors, dealers or any unathorized party. Our products are only available to you for personal use and you are not permitted to resell them or any other purchased service.

A contract of sale between us and you is finalized, as soon as you place an order that is accepted by the Company, you pay the full fee of the product(additionally any applied taxes) and you receive a confirmation email by us. Then, we take responsibility to deliver the product to you. However, the ownership of the product belongs to the Company until the full fee is paid by you.

After the delivery of the product, the user of the product/s is responsible for the product/s condition.

We do not guaranteed any product's availability, because a product/s may be low in stock or out of stock when an order is completed.

Any product/s offer on the Site are valid up until they are out of stock.

OUR LIABILITY

Our liability to you is limited. There is no case that company will be responsible for any kind damages (including, but not limited to, special, incidental or consequential damages, lost profits, or lost data, regardless of the foreseeability of those damages) that may occur from the way you use the Site or any other materials or services provided to you by company. GIFT CARDS

A Gift Card is redeemable in full payment for our Products online. A gift card is not redeemable for cash and cannot be replaced if lost or stolen. A gift card must be redeemed within 24 months of the date of issue. Gift Cards cannot be used to purchase our Products in third party stores.

CHANGES TO TERMS & CONDITIONS

We have the right to apply changes to our "Terms & Conditions" at any time, without previous notice.
